Question 1:
What is Counterfeit Casefiles Quest?
Counterfeit Casefiles Quest is an immersive customizable investigation simulation based on actual civil and criminal legal matters. The experience involves the Agency for Social Evidence or A.S.E. assigning the player a Casefile (i.e., investigation) and sending related Top Secret Clues on appropriately a weekly basis for player-Investigator interaction. A competition between players may also occur at regular intervals during the experience.
Counterfeit Casefiles Quest is created on demand by Philodendron, a team of professionals in the legal and associated industries. All Top Secret Clues are released and processed by official Two Chandys characters played by human beings that communicate, at least, weekly via the following options, which affect the immersion level of the experience:
- character interaction (written clues optional; sold out),
- courier or post (written clues only),
- text (written clues only), or
- email (written clues only).

Question 2:
How is Counterfeit Casefiles Quest customized?
Depending on group needs, quizzes and other checks and data gathering are able to be integrated into the experience, as well as other competitions between players beyond that which are naturally embedded into the experience. Social and professional groups ranging in size from small partnerships and families to larger leadership teams and companies are able to be accommodated. All costs to customize the simulation not only vary depending on group needs and size, but are also the exclusive responsibility of the primary(ies).

Question 3:
What type of content will I encounter in Counterfeit Casefiles Quest?
All content within the game is inspired by real civil and criminal legal matters and cases. Please be advised that due to the inclusion of mature language, content, and references, Counterfeit Casefiles Quest may not be suitable for those under the age of 18.
The game may qualify as educational training (e.g., harassment awareness or prevention, alternative dispute resolution) or continuing social-educational content; however, Counterfeit Casefiles Quest is not affiliated with any institution, and the experience is not a substitute for a formal education at any level.

Question 4:
What is the expected time commitment to participate in Counterfeit Casefiles Quest?
The experience assigns the user a new Casefile (i.e., investigation) to complete annually, with Top Secret Clues delivered on a weekly basis. On-boarding is possible at any time; opportunities to be a Top Investigator occur in regular intervals (there is no guarantee that any or every player will win). Depending on delivery mode, the suggested time commitment is a range of 20 minutes to an hour, at least, once per week.

Question 5:
What do I receive other than the experience of Counterfeit Casefiles Quest?
Apart from the entertaining and educational content to which players are exposed on a weekly basis, there are opportunities to be a Top Investigator in regular intervals (there is no guarantee that any or every player will win); these individuals may also receive a digital Two Chandys A.S.E. Species Access Card directly from the distributor. Upon written request, a letter of authenticity or provenance for any product is available for an additional fee from the distributor.
To request a verification of communication from A.S.E. or a letter of authenticity, please forward the email or certificate and your name and contact information to A.S.E. with the subject line “Verification.” You’ll receive a response as promptly as possible.

Question 6:
How do I have a Two Chandys Station named for my organization?
The names of the Stations in the Two Chandys network are organically inspired by some of the real organizations, employees, products, services, and locations with which the creative team interacts during the process of conducting the research that underscores the content in the experience(s).
A company or organization that has a Station in Two Chandys named after it doesn’t have ANY type of responsibility or relationship (e.g., employment, sponsorship) to or with the creative team, producer, and/or distributor. The names of the Stations in the Two Chandys network are not available for purchase and may change at any time. Please do not send requests to have a Station named for your organization; unsolicited submissions will not be opened or reviewed.

Question 7:
What are the possible locations for Counterfeit Casefiles Quest?
Counterfeit Casefiles Quest is able to be delivered in:
- Private locations not commonly reserved for events, such as a residences or office buildings (proof of ownership or access and information on premises liability and/or event insurance will be required) as well as
- Commercial locations commonly reserved for events, such as hotels and other venues (a link to the location website and the complete contact information for the venue contact or manager will be required).

Question 8:
What are the fees and costs for Counterfeit Casefiles Quest?
A request for Counterfeit Casefiles Quest is done by emailing A.S.E. with “Quest” in the subject line of the email. In the body of the email please include the information of a contact person, owner, or risk manager (i.e., the primary or his/her representative), the location if requesting face to face interaction or delivery by post, and the projected number of players. There is no guarantee that such email requests will be reviewed by the creative team or will receive a response; requests for Counterfeit Casefiles Quest are processed as timely as possible on a first come, first serve basis.
Please be advised that, depending on delivery mode, a production manager or event planner, along with a location coordinator and/or local marketer and other potential vendors, may be required at the expense of the primary. Please also be advised that, regardless of the number of primaries or the size of your party, there is a minimum limited licensing fee associated with Counterfeit Casefiles Quest. Beyond the limited licensing fee, all costs to produce the simulation not only vary depending on the delivery mode selected, but are also the exclusive responsibility of the primary. Such costs and expenses include, but are not limited to, those associated with delivery mode, general project management, local human resources, etc.
Additional fees and exchange and conversion rates apply for Counterfeit Casefiles Quest sold outside of the United States. A Limited Licensing Agreement must be executed before users will be able to play.

Question 9:
What is Counterfeit Casefiles Live?
Counterfeit Casefiles Live is an abbreviated version of the simulation that includes a live interactive delivery of a real data point Behind the Clues. Counterfeit Casefiles Live requires a valid email address, and is able to stand alone or supplement other versions of the experience; costs vary depending on production structure.
A request for Counterfeit Casefiles Live is done by emailing A.S.E. with “Live” in the subject line of the email. In the body of the email please include the information of a contact person, owner, or risk manager (i.e., the primary or his/her representative), the location for the event, and the projected number of players. There is no guarantee that such email requests will be reviewed or receive a response; requests for Counterfeit Casefiles Live are processed as timely as possible on a first come, first serve basis.
Although the expedited experience may be available via student organizations at colleges and universities that have been approved to co-produce a stand-alone Counterfeit Casefiles Live, it is not affiliated with any institution, and the experience is not a substitute for a formal education at any level. Additional fees (e.g., translation) and exchange and conversion rates apply for products sold outside of the United States.

Question 10:
What is Counterfeit Casefiles Journey?
Counterfeit Casefiles Journey is the purely educational version of the simulation that is structured as a curricular or co-curricular game and that is appropriate for children. However, Counterfeit Casefiles Journey is not affiliated with any institution, and the experience is not a substitute for a formal education at any level.
Inquiries should be emailed directly to A.S.E. with “Journey” in the subject line and, in the body, please include the information of a contact person (i.e., the primary or his/her representative) and the projected number of players. There is no guarantee that such email requests will be reviewed by the creative team or will receive a response; requests are processed as timely as possible on a first come, first serve basis.
