We are happy to support managers and educators looking to build programs based on empirical research or conduct their own via a syllabus or an Institutional Review Board (IRB) application.

Resource 3:

Stage Production & Acting Experience

College or universities that are approved to co-produce a stand-alone Counterfeit Casefiles Live may schedule the optional in-person interactive delivery of a real data point Behind the Clues during the school term, and may recruit stage actors from students enrolled at the institution (such students need not be a part of any theater or other performing arts department). This provides organizational leadership, strategic planning, and stage production and acting experience for enrolled students.

An Application to co-produce a stand-alone Counterfeit Casefiles Live must be received for an institution before the related student organization will be integrated into the production and, ultimately, recognized by A.S.E. Anyone may request the application on behalf of an institution by emailing A.S.E. directly with “Application” in the subject line and, in the body, the name of the university or college and your connection to the institution (e.g., student, staff). Requests accompanied by a strategic plan, a list of local nominations, and approval from the school’s risk management department for the production, if needed, will be given priority.

Additional fees (e.g., translation) and exchange and conversion rates apply for Counterfeit Casefiles Live sold outside of the United States.

Resource 5:

Submit a Story

On a rolling basis, the creative team reviews story submissions related to real legal matters for potential development into Top Secret Clues or, perhaps even, an assigned Casefile, that will be featured in the immersion. Those submitting stories, anonymously or otherwise, must:

remit an original text or documentation that does not not contain identifying information and/or is redacted about your case, as well as your efforts to resolve the issue, that is able to be corroborated by your attorney,
designate any nominations (i.e., shout outs) within the text, and
be available for a potential interview (additional investigation may be necessary for formal Casefile development).

To submit your story, email A.S.E. with “Submit a Story” in the subject line. Requests are processed as timely as possible. Those selected for interviews will be notified via email.
