Resource 3:
Stage Production & Acting Experience
College or universities that request the live expedited version of Counterfeit Casefiles Quest must recruit stage actors from students enrolled at the college or university; however, such students need not be a part of any theater or other performing arts department or program. This provides production, stage acting, management, and accounting experience for enrolled students as well as a revenue generation opportunity for student programs or organizations.
Anyone may start the application process on behalf of an institution by emailing A.S.E. directly with “Student” in the subject line and, in the body, the name of the university or college and your connection to the institution (e.g., student, employee). However, there is no guarantee that any student leadership suggestion(s) and/or strategic plans for revenue generation (required when requesting the live add on) in the application will be implemented.
Numerous requests for the application for Counterfeit Casefiles Quest are made each year, and are processed as timely as possible on a first come, first serve basis. Additional fees (e.g., translation) and exchange and conversion rates apply for Counterfeit Casefiles Quest sold outside of the United States.
Resource 4:
Management & Accounting Experience
College or universities that request the live expedited student version of Counterfeit Casefiles Quest must recruit stage actors from students enrolled at the college or university; however, such students need not be a part of any theater or other performing arts department or program. The recruitment process must be administered by the university’s student government association, if not a designated organization (i.e., stage or theater production), that facilitates the game on campus. This provides production, stage acting, management, and accounting experience for enrolled students as well as a revenue generation opportunity for student programs or organizations.

Resource 5:
Submit a Casefile
On a rolling basis, the creative team reviews story submissions related to real social conflicts or problems for potential development into a Casefile that will be featured in the immersion. Those submitting stories, anonymously or otherwise, must:
- remit an original text of no more than 3,000 words about a social problem or conflict, and your efforts to resolve the issue, which does not not contain any identifying information beyond an optional shout out (permission must be granted for individuals) and
- be available for an interview with, at least, one of the attorneys on the creative team (additional investigation may be necessary for formal Casefile development).
To submit your story, email A.S.E. with “Submit a Casefile” in the subject line. Requests are processed as timely as possible. Those selected for interviews will be notified via email.
